? Key Responsibilities• Visit different villages regularly to identify opportunities for milk procurement and network expansion

- Identify suitable villages and open new Village Level Collection Centres (VLCs) for Kumar Dairy
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local farmers and milk producers
- Conduct village visits and communicate with farmers to encourage them to supply milk through Kumar Dairy
- Identify potential VLC operators and support them in establishing collection centres
- Coordinate with VLC operators to ensure smooth and regular milk collection
- Monitor milk procurement activities at assigned VLCs and report field-level issues to the concerned team
- Increase the number of farmers connected with Kumar Dairy in the assigned area
- Explore new villages and expand Kumar Dairy's milk collection network




- Maintain regular records and reports of village visits, farmer connections, new VLCs, and milk procurement activities
- Collect and share market and farmer feedback with the management
- Coordinate with the dairy's internal teams to ensure smooth milk procurement operations

? Who Can Apply?✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Dairy, Milk Procurement, Rural Sales, Field Operations, Agriculture, FMCG, or Farmer Network Development

✔ Candidates should be comfortable with extensive travelling and regular village visits.

✔ Candidates having good knowledge of local villages and rural markets will be an advantage.
