Field Officer – Job Title: Field Officer Department: Operations / Field Operations Job Summary: The Field Officer is responsible for managing field activities, coordinating with customers/clients and field teams, collecting and verifying information, maintaining records, and ensuring that assigned operational targets are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits and inspections. Coordinate with customers, vendors, staff, and other stakeholders. Collect, verify, and maintain field data and documentation. Monitor day-to-day field operations and resolve routine issues.

Prepare daily/weekly field reports and submit them to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Follow up on assigned tasks and achieve agreed targets.



Identify field-level problems and escalate issues when required.

Maintain accurate records of visits, activities, and expenses. Travel within the assigned area as required.

Required Qualifications &

Skills: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and manage field activities. Valuable reporting and documentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently. Prior field-sales, operations, survey, collection, or customer-service experience is an advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years, depending on the role.
