Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and pending dues. Maintain proper records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Communicate professionally with customers and explain payment-related details. Submit daily collection reports to the concerned team. Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines.



Coordinate with the team regarding difficult cases and payment issues.

Travel within the assigned area as required for collection activities.
