Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the automotive OEM segment.
- Manage key accounts, identifying new opportunities and building solid relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 10-22 years of experience in sales & marketing or related field (automotive industry preferred).
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective business development plans.
- Strong understanding of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) markets and their dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
