Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused F&B; Server to join our team at ALMA 104. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong team player with a positive attitude who can manage service efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed information on specials or menu items.





· Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff promptly.

· Serve food and beverages in a timely and qualified manner while adhering to ALMA's service standards.

· Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-maintained throughout the guest experience.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

· Process payments, issue bills, and provide accurate receipts.

· Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, including any special dietary options.

· Assist with daily setup, stock replenishment, and closing tasks as needed.

· Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as an F&B; Server or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and a proactive approach to service.

· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Skills:

- Knowledge of sustainability practices in F&B.;
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to motivate a team and handle operational challenges proactively.
