Role & responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B; operations and ensure smooth service.
- Handle guests and resolve queries/complaints.
- Supervise staff, grooming, hygiene & SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments.
- Support upselling, inventory and wastage control.
Preferred candidate profile
- 24 years experience in F&B;/Restaurant operations.
- Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Guest-focused and presentable.
