Fashion Merchandiser

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser who can take ownership of the execution and coordination of our designs—from development with the master tailor to final order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the execution of new designs from concept to finished garment.
- Work closely with the master tailor and communicate design requirements clearly.
- Provide expert advice on garment construction, fit, finishing, and feasibility of designs.
- Coordinate alterations, corrections, and sampling to ensure the final product matches the intended design.
- Communicate with clients to take order confirmations and understand exactly what they want.
- Coordinate with clients regarding customisations, measurements, design details, and order requirements.
- Ensure orders are completed correctly and within the required timelines.
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Create courier slips/labels and coordinate shipment of orders.
- Maintain proper coordination between the client,



tailoring team, and dispatch.
- Ensure every order is checked, packed, and sent correctly.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in fashion merchandising, garment production, or apparel execution.
- Positive understanding of garment construction and tailoring techniques.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand designs and translate them into practical instructions for the tailor.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and ensure timely execution.
- Prior experience with custom/occasion wear will be an advantage.
