The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion, styling, fabrics, colours, and current trends, with the ability to develop attractive and customer-focused designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop new fashion designs and concepts.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable styles.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colours, patterns, and design elements.
- Coordinate with tailoring and production teams to execute designs.
- Assist in developing new collections and seasonal styles.
- Follow current fashion trends and bring fresh ideas to the brand.
- Ensure designs meet required quality, fitting, and finishing standards.




- Make design modifications based on customer feedback and requirements.

Requirements

- Knowledge of fashion designing and garment construction.
- Good understanding of fabrics, colours, patterns, and fitting.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Ability to work with tailoring/production teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong creativity and fashion knowledge are encouraged to apply. Work flexible hours when required, including occasional late-night work during busy periods, special events, urgent customer orders, or peak seasons.
