Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Stylist role based in Mumbai.

The Fashion

Stylist will advise clients on looks and outfits, curate wardrobes, and style ensembles aligned with ENSEMBLE’s aesthetic and the client’s personal preferences.

Responsibilities include providing personalized styling consultations, coordinating fittings, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience from first interaction to purchase. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to support client decisions, maintaining visual standards on the shop floor and mannequins,



and staying updated on current trends in Indian luxury fashion.

The Fashion

Stylist will also contribute to client relationship building through attentive service, follow-ups, and styling recommendations for future occasions.

Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Styling and wardrobe curation skills, with an understanding of Indian luxury fashion, designers, and textiles.
- Excellent Communication abilities for clear, confident, and empathetic interaction with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on personalized client care and building long-term relationships.
- Sales and client advisory skills to guide purchasing decisions while meeting store targets in a consultative manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and retail peak periods, with a high level of professionalism and grooming.
- Attention to detail in fit, styling, and visual merchandising; comfort using digital tools for appointments and client records.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or styling is preferred; a relevant qualification in Fashion, Design, or Styling is an advantage.
