Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to develop visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, layout, and branding, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create designs for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.

- Develop creative concepts and visual assets based on project requirements and brand guidelines.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other teams to understand design requirements.

- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all communication materials.

- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.

- Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital and print use.

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.

- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

- Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,



Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant design experience; freshers with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.

- Knowledge of Figma and Canva is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Motion graphics/video editing knowledge.

- Basic understanding of UI/UX design.

- Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.

- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
