Role Description The Senior Director – Delivery is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of Data and AI engagements, ensuring projects meet client objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading delivery teams, setting execution frameworks, monitoring program health, and resolving risks and issues proactively.

The Senior

Director collaborates closely with clients to understand business goals, translate them into data-driven solutions, and drive continuous improvement across accounts. The role also involves mentoring leaders, aligning delivery with organizational strategy,



supporting pre-sales and solutioning, and contributing to thought leadership in the Data and AI space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a track record of turning complex business challenges into actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to design, oversee, and evaluate high-quality analytical solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid grounding in Statistics to guide rigorous methodologies, experimentation, and model evaluation.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Data Science, including working with modern data platforms, tools, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Extensive experience (typically 12+ years) leading large-scale data or analytics delivery programs, preferably for global enterprises or Fortune 500 clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Experience in a leadership role within a data consulting, analytics services, or technology organization is highly beneficial.
