We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the complete manufacturing operations of the factory. The person will be responsible for production, manpower, quality, maintenance, inventory, safety, cost control, and ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day factory and manufacturing operations.

Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily/monthly targets.

Manage manpower, shifts, attendance, and workforce productivity.

Ensure optimum utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower.

Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Control raw material consumption, wastage, and production costs.

Coordinate with purchase, stores, warehouse, dispatch, and logistics teams.

Implement SOPs, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvements.

Ensure workplace safety and compliance with factory rules and regulations.

Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports.





Identify operational problems and take corrective and preventive actions.

Manage vendors and coordinate with external service providers when required.

Maintain proper factory records, documentation, and statutory compliance.

Motivate and develop the factory team to improve productivity and efficiency.

Report factory performance and operational issues to senior management.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in factory/plant/manufacturing operations.

Strong knowledge of production planning and shop-floor management.

Good leadership and manpower-management skills.

Knowledge of quality, safety, inventory, and maintenance processes.

Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel is preferred.

Robust problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
