Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the overall facility, infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, security, safety coordination, and administrative operations of the factory. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, protected, compliant, and cost-effective functioning of the plant facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory facility and administrative operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of factory buildings, offices, common areas, warehouses, parking and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management and sanitation activities.
- Manage and monitor facility maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, water supply and other utilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers for facility-related work.
- Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain records of facility assets, equipment, maintenance schedules and service reports.
- Ensure availability and uninterrupted supply of electricity, water, fuel and other essential utilities.
- Coordinate with the EHS/Safety team for fire safety, emergency preparedness and workplace safety requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and periodic inspection of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, alarms, emergency exits and other safety equipment.
- Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues within defined timelines.




- Monitor facility expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
- Manage vendor bills, quotations, purchase requests and service documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory, fire, environmental and local statutory requirements, in coordination with relevant teams.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and identify repair, maintenance and improvement requirements.
- Support plant events, employee facilities, transportation, canteen and other employee welfare activities, wherever applicable.
- Lead and supervise facility support staff and contract manpower.
- Prepare regular facility MIS, maintenance reports and expense reports for management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of factory facility management and plant administration.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG and utility maintenance.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, security and pest-control operations.
- Basic understanding of fire safety, EHS and statutory compliance.
- Good team-handling and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic MIS reporting.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a factory/manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience handling large factory premises and multiple facility vendors will be preferred.
- Candidates from manufacturing, building materials, plywood, furniture, automotive, engineering or similar industries can be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
