FMS SUPERVISOR –

Job Purpose

Supervise daily facility operations, including MEP systems, housekeeping, security, safety, vendors, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise facility operations, site rounds, cleanliness, and shift handovers.
- Monitor MEP systems, including HVAC, DG, UPS, fire safety, plumbing, STP, and BMS.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and AMC vendors.
- Supervise technicians,
- Manage vendors, complaints, safety, compliance, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, attendance, breakdown, and facility reports.

Required Skills

- Facility management and MEP knowledge.
- Team handling and communication skills.
- Basic MS Excel and Word knowledge.
- Emergency and vendor management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
- 5+ years of facility management or building maintenance experience.
- KPIs
- Smooth operations and facility uptime.
- Timely complaint and breakdown closure.
- Preventive maintenance and compliance.
- Team productivity and accurate reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
