We are looking for a talented Facebook Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing high-performing ad campaigns for eCommerce brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

- Design and execute effective Facebook advertising strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to deliver maximum results.
- Craft high-quality ad creatives (images, videos, and copy) to drive engagement and conversions.

2. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

- Implement advanced audience targeting techniques based on insights, demographics, and behavioral data.
- Continuously refine audience segments to enhance campaign relevance and ROI.

3. Ad Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) to ensure campaign success.




- Perform A/B testing to identify top-performing ad creatives and strategies.
- Regularly optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs.

4. Reporting & Insights:

- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Use data-driven analysis to identify trends and recommend campaign improvements.

5. Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and other stakeholders to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

6. Stay Ahead of Trends:

- Keep up-to-date with Facebook advertising trends, platform updates, and recent tools to ensure a competitive edge.
- Attend webinars, training sessions, and conferences to continuously enhance expertise.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
