About the Role

Window World is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Facade Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of faade solutions. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, generating project leads, and converting faade projects from enquiry to order.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies for faade and building envelope solutions.

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market mapping and project tracking.

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders.

- Generate leads through project visits, industry networks, references, and business development activities.

- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team for suitable solutions and quotations.

- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and project closures.

- Conduct regular site and client visits to understand project requirements and maintain relationships.





- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects and identify potential faade opportunities.

- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production, and Installation teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor sales pipeline, project status, revenue, and collection follow-ups.

- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

- Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Represent the company at client meetings, project discussions, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of faade systems, curtain wall, aluminium faade, glazing, windows & doors, or related building products.

- Proven experience in B2B sales and project-based business development.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to independently generate leads and convert projects into business.

- Good understanding of construction/project cycles.

- Solid networking and client-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel for client and site visits
