- Lead end to end facade execution for high rise commercial building, ensuring adherence to design intent, safety standards, and project timelines.

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to integrate facade systems seamlessly into overall building design.

- Oversee design development of facade systems including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and specialized finishes.

- Manage vendor and contractor coordination, ensuring quality benchmarks and compliance with international facade standards.

- Conduct technical reviews of shop drawings, mock ups, and material samples for approval.

- Monitor site execution, installation quality, and safety compliance during facade works.

- Drive cost control, budgeting, and resource planning for facade packages.

- Provide technical expertise in resolving design and execution challenges.





- Ensure timely delivery of facade works aligned with overall project milestones.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of facade design principles, materials, and systems (curtain wall, glazing, ACP, stone cladding, etc.).

- Proven track record in execution and coordination of facade works for high rise commercial buildings.

- Ability to manage vendors, and consultants effectively.

- Expertise in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.

- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Familiarity with international facade standards and safety codes.
