- Supervise day-to-day facade installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor installation of facade systems including glazing, cladding, ACP panels, curtain walls, doors, windows, and structural components.
- Verify site dimensions and conduct measurements before execution.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
- Attend project meetings and provide site updates.
- Resolve site-related technical issues.
- Coordinate material delivery and availability at the project site.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure work quality according to project standards and company requirements.
- Conduct inspections and maintain quality check records.
- Identify and report non-conformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
4. Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure workers use PPE.
- Report safety hazards immediately.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Prepare material consumption reports.
- Track work progress against project schedules.
- Maintain documentation of drawings, inspection reports, and site instructions.
6. Resource Management
- Supervise contractors and labor teams.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
- Coordinate workforce deployment according to project requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Additional certification in facade systems or project management will be an advantage.
Experience Required
- 2-5 years of experience in facade installation/site execution. • Experience in curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, glazing, aluminum systems, and facade projects preferred.
