Experience

2–5 Years in Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Job Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our Sheet Metal & Fabrication manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily fabrication and sheet metal production activities.
- Allocate jobs and manpower according to production requirements.
- Coordinate with operators, welders, fabricators and helpers.
- Handle and monitor CNC Punching, Laser Cutting and Bending Machine activities.
- Ensure jobs are completed as per drawings, dimensions and production schedules.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and job specifications.
- Monitor material movement and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Design departments.
- Check job quality, dimensions and workmanship during production.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure machines and manpower are properly utilized to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain discipline,



housekeeping and 5S on the shop floor.
- Follow all company safety rules and ensure safe working practices.
- Prepare and maintain basic production/job status reports.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished jobs.
- Handle production-related problems and coordinate with the Production Manager/Plant Head.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Sheet Metal & Fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of CNC Punching, Bending and Laser Cutting.
- Basic knowledge of Welding, Grinding and Assembly.
- Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and job follow-up.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.

Education ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Fabrication preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and skill level.
