Roles and Responsibilities

1. Required Deep knowledge of steel structures, façade systems, sticks systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, glazing etc.
2. Prepare and submit progress reports, or cost tracking reports
3. Plan, schedule, coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines
4. Coordinate in office activities according to project’s plan
5. Confer with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work
6. Providing one point of contact for the whole project
7. Provide technical expertise and guidance on façade design, engineering, and installation
8. To check all the equipment, vehicles & installation tools required to execute the works is available as per the project planning
9. To check all technical details and submission of drawing on time for approval
10. To supervise other site engineers and Foremen & managing the installation at site
11. Understand the client techno-commercial requirements
12. Handing over the work to local authorities by complying with their rules and requirements
13. Guide Quality Department in Preparing Inspection & Test Plan, Quality Control Procedures and
14. Method statements based on the requirements for fabrication and Installation activates
15. Take site measurements and pass to Technical
16. Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner like allocation of work,



providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.
17. Attending to design meetings/co-ordination meetings on project site as well as preparing notes for records to ensure awareness of current progress.
18. Perform day-to-day project activities as required by the project scope.
19. Maintain comprehensive budgets and project schedules.
20. Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
21. Prepare estimates and value engineering analysis during the design process.
22. Coordinate site related issues.
23. Help provide solutions and field fix documentation for execution and As-Built drawings.
24. Assist in the evaluation, analysis and selection of equipment, tools and rigging required to install curtainwall scopes.
25. Review site safety plans and help communicate and administer specific requirements.
26. Review material takeoffs for accuracy and completeness as prepared by the design department.
27. Review shop drawings and coordinate critical aspects of details with production and installation teams.
28. Attendance at mock up testing, reporting on results of same
29. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays
30. Other responsibilities as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
