Job Title: Senior Manager- F&A; Key Solutions

Education: CA or MBA

Candidate Expectations 15+ years of experience in F&A; Domain

Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&A;

Strong domain knowledge – having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO’s office in middle management role

Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions, Automation Solutions & AI based solutions

Strong understanding of F&A; tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc.

Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A; Solutions

As a Domain expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A; Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics etc

Detailed Lead providing solutions in RFP’s/new client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution, approach and methodology





Conceptualize and design Next Gen F&A; Technology Solutions with focus on - Point Solutions, Automation and AI

Oversee the development of such solutions by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team

Handle the solution life cycle – IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.

Perform “Gap” Analysis of F&A; Practice Offerings and identify solution development opportunities

Craft solutions for Proposals (RFI / RFP) comprising tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation

Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A; Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps, AI, Automation etc.

Key Skills Self-motivated individual – willing to work in individual contributor roles

Ability to work in ambiguous work workplace

Ability to prioritize conflicting activities

Ability to work in Horizontal-Vertical Structure
