Role Description The Export Merchandiser – Workwear & Industrial Garments will manage end-to-end merchandising activities for international buyers, with a focus on workwear and industrial apparel. This full time, on-site role is based in Unnao and involves coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment. Daily responsibilities include handling buyer inquiries, preparing costings and quotations, tracking orders, monitoring samples and approvals, and maintaining accurate product and order documentation.

The role will also involve market research on global trends in industrial garments,



supporting marketing initiatives, and building long-term customer relationships in export markets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international buyers and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to manage buyer expectations, handle queries, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Sales skills to support pricing, negotiation, upselling of product lines, and development of new business opportunities.
- Retail and Marketing skills to understand product positioning, branding, and market trends in workwear and industrial garments.
- Experience in merchandising or export operations, preferably in garments, textiles, or safety products.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Apparel Merchandising, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
