– Export Sales Coordinator

Experience: 3–5 Years

Function: Export Sales / International Business

Industry: Agriculture / FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with international customers for orders, quotations, order confirmations and regular follow-ups.
- Manage export orders from order receipt to shipment and delivery.
- Prepare and coordinate export documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse to ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA/customs agents and other logistics partners.
- Track shipment status and keep customers updated on dispatch and delivery timelines.
- Support export sales team in preparing quotations, sales reports, MIS and customer-related documentation.
- Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices and export-related financial documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, shipments and export documents.




- Handle customer queries and resolve order/shipment-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures and company policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in International Business, Sales, Commerce or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Export Sales Coordination / Export Documentation / International Sales Operations.
- Good understanding of export processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms and international logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Positive MS Excel and MIS/reporting skills.
- ERP/SAP experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Agriculture / FMCG / Food / Manufacturing exports will be preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
