Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire export division, focusing on international sales, market expansion, and business development.

- Develop and implement export strategies to increase global market share.

- Oversee complete export operations including logistics, documentation, CHA handling, freight negotiations, and compliance with international trade regulations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and business partners.

- Monitor export documentation (LCs, shipping documents, invoices, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

- Negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA for competitive rates and smooth operations.

- Identify current business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the companys international presence.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory,



and export-related requirements.

- Lead, guide, and mentor the export team to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum 8-12 years of proven experience in exports, preferably in rice, agro-commodities, or FMCG.

- Strong knowledge of international trade laws, export documentation, logistics, and customs procedures.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to drive global business growth with a results-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.
