1) Pre & Post-Shipment Documentation: Generating and processing shipment documents, Foreign customer portal management, In-house ERP management

2) Logistics Coordination: Booking containers with shipping lines, Liaising with the factory, Customs House Agents (CHA), and freight forwarders, Coordinate with transporter & tracking shipments till on board carrier.

3) Regulatory Compliance: Handling Letters of Credit (LC) and ensuring adherence to DGFT (Advance Licence, EPCG, and DFIA), Customs, ICEGATE, and incentive schemes like RoDTEP or duty drawbacks.

Edpms/Idpms closures, eBbrc issuance, Third party Inspection handling.
