Export Growth Marketer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Export Growth Marketer to own and drive growth marketing initiatives for our export business. In this role, you will lead international lead generation strategies, design buyer outreach campaigns, manage our global marketplace presence, and execute country-specific go-to-market strategies to scale revenue pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- International Lead Generation: Drive B2B customer acquisition and qualified lead generation across targeted global markets.
- Buyer Outreach & Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel buyer outreach programs, including email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and performance marketing initiatives.
- B2B Marketplace Management: Manage and optimize brand presence across key global platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and regional B2B marketplaces.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy:



Develop and deploy tailored country-wise GTM strategies and produce relevant export marketing collateral.
- CRM & Pipeline Building: Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and build pipeline growth from lead acquisition through conversion.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing or export growth marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise in international lead generation, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, performance marketing campaigns, and CRM systems.
- Marketplace Expertise: In-depth familiarity with global B2B marketplaces, including Alibaba, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.
- Industry Preference: Direct exposure to the Agrochemical or Agri-input sector is strongly preferred.
