Job Title: Executive – Ocean Imports & Exports

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a Executive – Ocean Imports to support pricing, import documentation, shipment coordination and customer service. The role will involve working with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, CHA/customs teams and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Ocean Import pricing and obtain competitive rates from shipping lines, overseas agents and vendors.
- Prepare and verify import documentation, including Bills of Lading, arrival notices, invoices and shipment-related documents.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA/customs agents, transporters and overseas agents for smooth shipment clearance and delivery.
- Monitor shipment status, TAT and operational milestones, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and respond to RFQs and pricing enquiries within the required timelines.
- Follow customer-specific SOPs, documentation requirements and service standards.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, MIS and operational reports.
- Support the Sales team with pricing,



shipment information and customer requirements.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints through timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure cost control and operational efficiency.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, shipping lines, agents and service providers.

Key Skills

- Positive knowledge of Ocean Import processes and documentation.
- Understanding of FCL/LCL, shipping line rates and import procedures.
- Good Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
- Knowledge of CHA/customs procedures will be an advantage.

Preferred Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Ocean Imports / Freight Forwarding.
- Hands-on experience in pricing and import documentation preferred.
- Candidates should be organized, proactive and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
