Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export documentation including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and other supporting documents.

Coordinate with CHA Customs House Agents) for smooth clearance of shipments.

Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to negotiate freight rates and ensure timely dispatch.

Oversee logistics and day-to-day operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations. Track shipments, follow up on delays, and resolve logistics-related issues. Collaborate with internal departments to maintain transparency in export operations.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and documentation standards

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in International Business/Logistics preferred.



Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Export Operations, with strong exposure to Documentation, CHA handling, and Freight coordination.

Thorough knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and export compliances. Strong negotiation and coordination skills with logistics partners.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
