We’re Hiring: Aviation Spare Parts Sales Agent / Business Development Representative

We are looking for experienced aviation sales professionals and independent commercial agents to help expand our international customer base and develop new business within the aviation spare parts market.

The ideal candidate will already have an established network within the aviation industry and previous experience dealing with aircraft spare parts, component trading, procurement, or related aviation services.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop new business and introduce potential customers within your assigned region

• Leverage existing relationships with airlines, MROs, operators, brokers, procurement teams, and other aviation companies

• Generate qualified sales opportunities and support the development of long-term customer relationships

• Identify market opportunities and help expand our presence within the region

• Coordinate with our team regarding customer requirements, quotations, and commercial opportunities

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in aviation spare parts trading, aircraft components, or aviation sales





• Existing industry contacts and/or previous aviation customers

• Strong business development and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of the aviation aftermarket and procurement process

• Ability to work independently and develop a defined territory or customer base

• Qualified English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage

Compensation:

Base compensation will be discussed individually based on experience, existing network, territory, and expected level of involvement.

In addition, the position includes a 1–2% commission on qualifying completed sales , with the final commission structure agreed as part of the commercial arrangement.
