✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year experience in an HR Consultancy / Staffing Company
- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
- Experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
- Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously




- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Ensure timely closure of positions across multiple domains
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
- Build strong candidate networks and talent pools
