Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Export Executive role based in New Delhi.

The Export

Executive will handle end-to-end export operations, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.



The role involves tracking shipments, resolving documentation or customs-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of export transactions.

The Export

Executive will also interact with customers and overseas partners to provide shipment updates, support queries, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. In addition, the role may include contributing to export pricing, supporting sales with export-related information, and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

- Export operations skills, including Export Documentation and Export process handling.
- Experience in Export and International Trade, with understanding of INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and global trade practices.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills for managing multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics/ERP systems or export management software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Commerce or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, courier, or logistics export operations is preferred.
