We are seeking a seasoned Import/Export Logistics & Documentation Manager with 12+ years of experience to oversee end‑to‑end EXIM operations. The role requires advanced expertise in customs compliance, DGFT filings, trade finance, and international shipping documentation.

Job Title: Exim Manager (Import/Export Logistics & Documentation)

Location: Current Delhi (Vasant Vihar)

Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Compensation: As per industry standards

Working days: Mon - Sat

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete import/export documentation (Invoices, COO, B/L, AWB, Shipping Bills).
- Ensure compliance with Indian Customs, DGFT, FTP, and GST regulations.
- Oversee Letter of Credit (LC), BRC/eBRC, duty drawbacks, and export incentive schemes.
- Liaise with CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and banks for smooth operations.
- Monitor shipments, resolve customs queries,



and optimize logistics efficiency.

Desired Profile:

- Qualification: M.Com / Chartered Accountant / CA Inter.
- Proven track record in EXIM documentation within manufacturing, trading, or MNC setups.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, trade finance, and ERP/EXIM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Extreme attention to detail to avoid compliance errors and financial penalties.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
