- Prepare and design the /Job specification, Post JDs by mentioning the exact requirements.
- Searching and Screening of the CVs by using a database, social network, social media, various Job Posting sites, etc.
- Calling, Shortlisting, and Screening the best suitable candidates as per the open position Right match for the right job.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
- Meeting daily calling or sourcing target, post job openings on various portals.
- Taking feedback from the Panel after Interviews and updating the status, Maintaining the database.
- Promote the company s reputation as the best place to work.
- Checking emails, inquiries- replying to them forwarding the same to the concerned authorities.
- Experience working with Word, Excel, PPT, Internet, PDF, etc.
