- Conduct product presentations and live demos for customers and channel partners in a skilled manner.

- 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, or a related IT/software domain.

- Understand customer requirements and map them to relevant product capabilities and solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions and address basic product and solution-related queries.

- Coordinate POCs with customers, sales teams, and OEM pre-sales teams.

- Coordinate post-sales implementation, deployment, and technical support with customers and OEM teams.

- Support the sales team with customer meetings, demos, proposals, and technical discussions.

- Support channel partners with product demonstrations, training,



and technical enablement.

- Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, features, capabilities, and latest updates.

- Develop a good understanding of data privacy, compliance requirements, and related solutions.

- Prepare product presentations, technical documents, POC reports, and basic RFP/RFI responses.

- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, sales, and OEM teams to ensure smooth coordination.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
