Summary

We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive – Manufacturing Finance with strong experience in Plant Accounting, Manufacturing Finance and SAP.

The candidate will be responsible for plant cost analysis, budgeting, inventory management, monthly closing, GR/IR, vendor reconciliation and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Plant Accounting and Manufacturing Finance activities.
- Prepare Plant Direct Cost Analysis and monitor Labour, Power & Fuel productivity.
- Conduct Cost & Variance Analysis and identify major deviations.
- Analyse Plant Overheads and ensure expenses are within budget.
- Prepare Manufacturing Budget covering Direct Costs and Manufacturing Overheads.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual Analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly Physical Stock Verification and reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Analyse inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions with the Production team.
- Monitor Wastage Generation and Scrap Sales to optimise scrap realisation.
- Support Monthly Financial Closing activities.
- Review Inventory Ageing, Inventory Valuation, Fixed Assets, CWIP and Working Capital.




- Review and clear GR/IR Open Items.
- Coordinate with the Central Finance / Invoice Booking team for timely invoice processing.
- Resolve GST, Invoice Booking, Material Shortage/Excess and Price Difference related queries.
- Coordinate Vendor Ledger Reconciliation and Balance Confirmation.
- Act as the Plant Finance SPOC for Internal & Statutory Audits.
- Coordinate with Factory Head, Production, Procurement, Vendors and Central Finance for smooth finance operations.

Mandatory Requirements
- Plant Accounting experience is mandatory.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Manufacturing Finance / Factory Finance.
- Solid understanding of Costing, Budgeting, Inventory Accounting and Variance Analysis.
- Greenfield Plant experience will be an added advantage.

Education & Experience
- CA / CMA: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
