About The Opportunity A fast-scaling D2C beauty and personal care innovator, we’re redefining how consumers discover, sample, and purchase premium beauty products through a data-driven, agile supply chain. Operating across 1000+ SKUs and 50+ brands, we’re building a responsive, predictive planning engine to eliminate stockouts, optimize warehouse throughput, and fuel double-digit growth—backed by real-time demand signals and AI-enhanced forecasting. Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end supply planning for 1000+ SKUs across beauty, fragrance, and personal care categories—aligning forecast, inventory, and sourcing to meet demand volatility.
- Develop and maintain rolling 13-week supply plans, integrating sales forecasts with supplier lead times, MOQs, and warehouse capacity constraints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve shortages, manage pipeline visibility, and reduce dead stock.
- Monitor inventory KPIs (DOH, stockout rate, excess aging) and trigger corrective actions using ERP alerts and replenishment algorithms.




- Automate data workflows using Excel macros or Power BI dashboards to surface supply risks and opportunities for category managers.
- Support S&OP; meetings with scenario planning outputs, supply gap analyses, and recommended action plans for leadership.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Forecast error analysis
- Statistical forecasting (moving average, exponential smoothing)
- Replenishment modeling
- Supply chain KPIs (DOH, OTIF, service level)

Preferred

- Experience of 1-2 years with beauty or CPG industry supply chains
- Knowledge of safety stock optimization algorithms
- Familiarity with AI-driven demand sensing tools
