Job Title: Executive – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PPC Executive to ensure the seamless flow of our operations from order receipt to final delivery. In this role, you will be the critical link connecting our buyers, production team, and logistics network. Your primary focus will be aggressive and effective follow-ups to guarantee that production schedules are met and orders are dispatched on time.

If you have a strong background in logistics, warehousing, and order management—and are known for never letting a task slip through the cracks—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Buyer & PO Management: Actively follow up with buyers regarding Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all details are accurate, confirmed, and processed without delay.
- Production Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the entire production process daily. Coordinate with the shop floor and production managers to ensure timelines are strictly adhered to and bottlenecks are resolved.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Oversee logistics follow-ups, coordinating with warehousing and transport teams to ensure smooth,



on-time dispatch and delivery of finished goods.
- Reporting & Data Management: Maintain real-time trackers, update order statuses, and generate comprehensive daily/weekly operational reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Exceptional Follow-up Skills: You must be persistent, detail-oriented, and highly effective at chasing down updates and driving tasks to completion.
- Relevant Experience: Proven past experience in warehousing, logistics, buyer coordination, and end-to-end order follow-ups.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must have strong command over Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and complex data tracking).
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external buyers.
- Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate delays in production or transit and proactively communicate solutions.
