Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the assigned territory.

- Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling motor insurance products.

- Conduct field work, visiting potential customers to promote health insurance policies and resolve issues related to claims processing.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, field sales, or a similar role.

- Robust understanding of health insurance industry trends and regulations.

- Excellent marketing skills with ability to develop effective promotional materials.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
