Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Key Recruitment Experience Required The candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for:

- Sales Profiles: Field Sales Executive, Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales, State Head, etc.
- Technical Profiles: EV Scooty / EV 2-Wheeler and EV Rickshaw / EV 3-Wheeler technicians, service, production, and assembly profiles.
- Experience in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment will be an added advantage.

Sourcing & Recruitment Skills

- Should be proficient in using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, and other recruitment channels for candidate sourcing.
- Ability to search, shortlist, screen, and approach suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
- Coordinate with manpower consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Administrative Responsibilities The candidate should also be comfortable handling general HR and administrative work, including:





- Maintaining employee and candidate records.
- Preparing and maintaining recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
- Maintaining attendance and joining-related records.
- Coordinating documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Preparing HR-related letters, notices, and other basic documentation.
- Supporting day-to-day HR & Admin activities as required.
- Coordinating with different departments for recruitment and administrative requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in Field Sales hiring is required.
- Experience in hiring EV 2W / 3W technical manpower will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri, social media recruitment, and other sourcing platforms.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets simultaneously.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented, organized, and comfortable with both Recruitment & HR/Admin responsibilities.
