- Understanding the recruitment requirement from Clients
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job Apna, Job Hai, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Handle volume hiring, bulk hiring and multiple open positions when required.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven recruitment setting.
- Working experience in sourcing profiles for Automotive/Mfg. Industries
- proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Exposure in creating Job Poster designs
