We are looking for a Quality Officer to join our manufacturing plant producing Tile Adhesive, Ready Mix Plaster, Gypsum Plaster and other building-material products.

The candidate will be responsible for quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products, monitoring production quality, maintaining laboratory records and supporting resolution of quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products as per defined ITP and quality procedures.
- Ensure products meet defined company specifications and applicable BIS, EN and ASTM standards.
- Monitor quality parameters during the production process and identify deviations.
- Coordinate with the Production team for immediate resolution of quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests, inspections and quality data.
- Prepare quality reports, test reports, deviation reports and corrective-action records.
- Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment and ensure timely calibration.
- Identify basic laboratory equipment issues and coordinate for repair or replacement.
- Support investigation of quality problems and assist in identifying root causes.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and product quality issues.
- Support site visits/testing wherever required for resolving product-related issues.
- Train production staff regarding quality control procedures and standards.




- Coordinate with and train masons/applicators regarding correct application of products as per defined SOPs.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain and improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with established quality procedures and plant requirements.

Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in QC laboratory testing.
- Knowledge of raw material and finished-product testing.
- Understanding of dry-mix mortar / tile adhesive / plaster / construction chemical products.
- Knowledge of BIS, EN and ASTM standards.
- Ability to identify quality deviations during production.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment handling and calibration.
- Good understanding of quality documentation and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Positive MS Excel and documentation skills.

Qualification

Preferred

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Civil Engineering
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or relevant qualification

Candidates with relevant hands-on QC experience in building-material manufacturing may also be considered.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance, preferably in building-material or construction-product manufacturing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
