Role & responsibilities
- Support new caf/store launch activities from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store openings.
- Assist with store setup, inventory & equipment coordination.
- Track launch timelines, daily progress and prepare basic Excel/Google Sheets MIS.
- Provide on-ground support during store openings and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Regular store visits and local travel will be part of the role.
Preferred candidate profile
- Have experience in coordination and operations.
- Have previously been involved in new store/caf openings.
- Are currently working as a Caf Manager/Store Manager and want to explore a broader Recent Store Opening/Operations role.
- Are comfortable with a field-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Have strong coordination and execution skills.
