Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based at Vijay Intercontinental in Kanpur. This position oversees all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing housekeeping and laundry staff, preparing duty rosters, assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and common areas, and coordinating with front office and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room readiness. The role involves monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, implementing cleaning procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation protocols, and training team members on service standards and best practices.
