About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Executive - HR Operations to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a generalist HR role with the opportunity to work across employee lifecycle management, engagement, HR operations, MIS, and Talent Acquisition support.

You’ll also be the local HR representative for our Bangalore office , working closely with employees, managers, and the broader HR team to create a great employee experience. Prior experience in start-ups or early-stage IT organizations will be an advantage.

What You’ll Do

- Own day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR queries and ensure timely resolution.




- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and activities .
- Maintain employee records and manage HR MIS, reports, and data .
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate communication, documentation, and onboarding.
- Act as the local HR representative for the Bangalore office and support employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Partner with the wider HR team on policies, processes, and people initiatives.
- Take on new HR projects and responsibilities as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in a start-up or early-stage IT organization is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with people.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR MIS.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong work ethic and high sense of ownership .
- Someone who is curious, adaptable, and has a zeal to learn and take on current things .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
