Day-to-day management of the Loyalty Program

- Managing points allocation, redemption, expiry, rewards catalogue and related digital assets

- Loyalty program promotions and campaigns to support marketing strategy and cement business unit

- Tracking, analyzing and reporting data and results of all promotions and campaigns.

Loyalty Program Analysis

- Prepare loyalty program efficacy report (quarterly & annual)

- Analyzing competitors loyalty programs and preparing periodic reports

Improve Loyalty Program

- Constantly get feedback from market and improve the programs

- Co-ordinate with Lead IT for constant improvement and tracking at tech end.

Grow Loyalty Program

- Promote data driven (fact-based) decision-making by showcasing knowledge and insights from the program

- Preparing loyalty program assessment and setting strategic stretched business goals(quarterly) with team and leaders to improve business performance and identify market uncertainties

- Work with the team to brainstorm current and innovative marketing schemes (ATL, BTL) to increase and to retain existing customer base.





- To grow Khyber Cement Loyalty Program to be on par with top loyalty programs in the market in terms of features, offers and partnership.

CRM System Management:

- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding.

- Adding or modifying data in CRM, ensuring data sanctity of CRM & coordinating with external vendor to ensure smooth running of CRM

Business Analysis:

- Analyze data sets generated through SAP & CRM to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.

- Identify inefficiencies in workflows or systems and proposing solutions to optimize business processes.

MIS Reporting:

- Prepare periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, annual, etc.) MIS reports for various stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication of business information to management

- Prepare reports for Sales Head for periodic reviews of sales team, technical team & channel partners, highlight gaps & identify improvement areas
