- Handling Application Access Requests (End-to-End Process)

- Monitor all incoming request (Daily check SailPoint and Email)
- Clarify application + environment, confirm requested access/role, and submit application request
- Obtain manager approval & Compliance confirmation for user security disclosure
- Verification (peer check)
- Finalize documentation (form + emails saved)

- Daily Maintenance of Tracker Files – Transfers and Leavers

- Monitoring leavers and transferred employees, ensuring all access is accurately removed or granted, and coordinating with managers to confirm roles are updated in line with requirements.

- Quarterly revoke check (After quarterly recertification done)

- Perform further action on “Revoked” users by manager. Create document and disable user profiles in certain applications.
- Verify the employees’ status in SailPoint

- Ad-hoc new OKTA upgrade/recent application releases
- Coordination with the IT team on Okta upgrades and supporting users throughout the upgrade process.
- Oversight of new releases for separate applications, reviewing production release notes and assessing potential impacts on access management.
