Role Description The Executive – Export and Business Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing export documentation, coordinating import-export processes, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

The executive will handle order processing, track shipments, liaise with logistics partners, and maintain accurate records of export activities. Daily responsibilities include supporting sales and business development for international markets,



preparing quotations, following up with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery timelines. The role also includes monitoring market trends, assisting in pricing strategies, and contributing to process improvements in export and operations.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Export Documentation and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience in Export and Import Export operations, including coordination with logistics and customs.
- Understanding of International Trade practices and compliance standards.
- Background in Sales for international or B2B markets, with ability to manage client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in food, agro commodities, or FMCG export business is an advantage.
