About Content Lab

Content Lab is the content division of Fortune IAS Academy, one of Kerala's leading institutions in civil services training. We produce high-quality digital content — videos, presentations and other forms of design — for the civil services examination, other competitive examinations, and wider educational purposes.

Our work sits at the intersection of subject expertise, design, technology and production discipline. Two words define everything we do: quality and timeline.

About the role The Executive is the engine of Content Lab's production floor. You will plan, organise, schedule, design and follow through, across every programme we run. If the Manager owns the outcome, you own the moving parts that make the outcome possible.

This role suits someone who is equally comfortable building a shoot schedule, chasing an editor for a cut, and opening a design tool to fix a slide.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate with faculty and subject experts to collect content, confirm availability and lock schedules.
- Assist in shaping raw subject material into structured scripts, decks and storyboards.
- Use AI (artificial intelligence) tools to research, draft, organise and speed up content preparation.
- Create and refine visual design output — presentation slides, graphics, on-screen assets and thumbnails.
- Manage studio logistics: bookings, set readiness, shoot-day coordination and recording records.
- Prepare and pass edit briefs to the editing team; track cuts, revisions and versions through to completion.




- Coordinate with the quality assurance team, log feedback, and follow each correction to closure.
- Maintain the production tracker so that the status of every asset is visible and current at all times.

What we are looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in content, design, media, ed-tech (education technology) or production coordination. Outstanding freshers with a strong portfolio will be considered.
- A real sense of design and the ability to produce clean, professional visual output.
- Comfort with AI tools, or the appetite to become positive at them quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills. You follow up, you close loops, you do not let things drift.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work across functions and do whatever the delivery requires.

The work is demanding and cannot be combined with examination preparation.
