Role Description The Execution Team Lead (IT Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution of technology and security integration projects. The role involves planning and coordinating project activities, assigning tasks, and guiding team members to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Daily responsibilities include supervising technical support and troubleshooting efforts, monitoring system performance, and resolving execution-related issues.

About the Role

SecureNova Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Execution Team Lead to lead project execution activities, manage technical teams, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and manage the Project Execution Team and allocate tasks as per project requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end execution of CCTV, surveillance, networking, security systems, and related IT infrastructure projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Technical Teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, assess technical requirements, and ensure proper implementation at project locations.
- Monitor installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify execution challenges and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, technicians, and site resources effectively.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, checklists, and completion records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.

Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project execution, technical operations, ELV/security systems, CCTV, networking, or infrastructure projects.
- Solid knowledge of project planning, team handling, and site execution.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, NVR/DVR, networking, access control, surveillance, and security solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle client-facing responsibilities.
