We are looking for an energetic and organised Event Operations Associate to support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations and other live events.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with on-ground event execution, vendor coordination, logistics and teamwork. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience who want to build a career in the events and experiential industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of events from pre-event preparation to post-event activities.
- Support Event Managers and Senior Event Executives with day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production agencies and event partners.
- Assist with venue preparation, event setup and dismantling.
- Coordinate event materials, equipment, branding elements and other logistics.




- Assist with stage setup, stalls, backdrops, signage, registration areas and venue branding.
- Conduct venue visits and assist with site inspections and event readiness.
- Maintain event checklists, schedules and operational trackers.
- Support the team during on-ground event execution and ensure smooth coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors as required.
- Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in handling last-minute operational requirements and in office changes.
- Travel to different event venues as required.
- Support post-event activities including material collection, vendor coordination and basic documentation.
